In order to explore and journey into each and every part of the body, we practice a four-week cycle each month as follows:

Week 1 – Standing Poses
Week 2 – Sitting Poses, Forward Bends & Twists
Week 3 – Backbends
Week 4 – Supported Poses/Pranayama (breath work)/Relaxation
Week 5 – Option for longer months used to work on irregular poses and balancing poses.

•4 class pass for $68 ($17 per class) – pass can be applied to all classes

•10 class pass for $160 ($16 per class) – pass can be applied to all classes

20 class pass for $290 ($14.50 per class) — pass can be applied to all classes

•Drop in class (one time only) $20

Recommend a friend program: Existing students who recommend a friend to Yoga Journey will receive one free class when their friend purchases a class pass. Complimentary information sessions can be set up if a new student wants to drop by the studio prior to attending their first class.
